I just completed my installation of our new outdoor kitchen, and could not be happier! All of the shelving, the grill, sink and power burner are Coyote (smoker is Primo), which I got through working with Paul from Brandster. I probablyhad 50 rounds of emails with Paul, and he was professional and prompt through the entire deal. Not only that, but working through him, I spent considerably less than buying at list through Amazon or retail.
Could not be happier with my purchase. Great help with pricing before the sale with Taylor Harris. She was very patient with us as we changed our mind's several times. Kristen Verga was extremally helpful with questions about delivery.Berlin Garden's delivered the furniture exactly as they promised(in 5 months) It was worth the wait. Very well packaged and protected.
Awesome! I ordered two built in Coyote grills - one pellet and one gas. We live on the island of Kauai, so getting them here took a bit of logistics. But, I am glad we endured the process as these grills are totally awesome and workbeautifully. Paul was great (at Brandster) and we are now enjoying our custom BBQ island on a daily basis.
Great customer service from the first email to the last phone call. I really appreciate Paul and his team. I am extremely happy with the Coyote products and have continued to enjoy cooking on them. Sales, packaging and delivery wasseamless. All questions answered and all recommendations were not based on higher sales but what would work best. I will definitely continue to be a customer.
Well, I can’t fault these guys. I was a little apprehensive ordering from this company as I had never heard of them before but they turned out great. I bought a Stainless Steel set of grill grates that unfortunately were delivered damaged.Ashly from Brandster quickly rectified the situation and had a new set to me within days. Great customer service and the product is of very high quality. I would definitely use this company again.
